mountains view friendly staff amazing view
The receptionist upgraded us to a room with mountain view. We found out we booked a different room. The staff was very friendly, and everyone was nice. It was magic to wake up and see this amazing view. We will come back for sure.
There is no place to park outside. They charge 15€/day for parking.

wonderful stay with excellent service
ready assistance beautiful view spacious suite
i highly recommend this accommodation. the staff showed kindness and courtesy. from the reception area to the bar and restaurant, everyone offered ready assistance. the terrace provided beautiful views while my suite spa bath was spacious and very clean.

the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the bottom of the hill, close to the gondola. the restaurant staff were excellent and helpful, especially catering to dietary needs with gluten-free options available at the buffet.

beautiful setup relaxing spa fast internet
I appreciated the beautiful setup with a nice pub. I found the spa area very relaxing. It's located on the lower floor. The hotel offered a fast internet connection,.
I noticed the rooms were a bit warm, making a comfortable night's sleep HARD.

The breakfast buffet featured numerous choices that suited varied palates and dietary needs. The restaurant staff were kind, and they assisted with our seating arrangements. Dinner had good options of drink selection.

The staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the duration of my stay. Alex at the front desk was particularly helpful. She assisted me with several inquiries. The hotel provides a shuttle van to the gondola.
